Your trusted emergency restoration team for Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, and all of Nassau County. Water, mold, and fire damage — we respond in 15 minutes, guaranteed, around the clock.
Fernandina Beach, nestled on the northern tip of Amelia Island, is one of Florida's most historic and charming coastal communities. But its stunning waterfront location — bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Nassau River and Amelia River to the west — places properties at significant year-round risk from water-related disasters.
Whether it's storm surge from a named hurricane, riverine flooding from the Nassau and Amelia Rivers, or heavy rainfall overwhelming the island's drainage infrastructure, water damage can strike Fernandina Beach properties quickly and without warning. The combination of coastal humidity and older Victorian-era and historic structures means mold can follow within hours of any water intrusion event.
All Things Restored has proudly served Fernandina Beach and Nassau County homeowners and businesses for over two decades. Our team knows the unique challenges of island property restoration — and we're ready 24 hours a day to respond.
Island living comes with extraordinary beauty — and elevated property risk. Here's what makes Fernandina Beach uniquely vulnerable.
Amelia Island's Atlantic-facing shoreline makes Fernandina Beach highly susceptible to storm surge during hurricane season. Even Category 1 storms can push several feet of seawater across the island's lower elevations.
Properties near the Nassau River and Amelia River face riverine flooding risk in addition to coastal surge. Prolonged rainfall events can cause both rivers to overflow, flooding properties that aren't directly on the ocean.
Amelia Island's geography limits natural drainage. Heavy rainfall events can quickly overwhelm the island's storm drainage system, causing widespread street and yard flooding across Fernandina Beach neighborhoods.
Fernandina Beach's coastal humidity creates ideal conditions for rapid mold development. After any water event, mold can begin growing within 24–48 hours — making professional response essential for protecting your family's health.
Fernandina Beach is home to one of Florida's largest collections of Victorian-era homes. These beautiful historic structures often have aging plumbing, older roofing, and construction materials that are more vulnerable to water intrusion.
From burst pipes and washing machine overflows to sump pump failures and sewage backups — everyday plumbing events are the most common cause of water damage in Fernandina Beach homes and businesses.
From storm flooding to mold remediation to fire damage cleanup — we handle every type of property disaster on Amelia Island, 24 hours a day.

Highly recommend them.Posted on Kim SchooleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The service provided was mold remediation. The technicians were prompt and courteous and explained the process in detail. Because of their thoroughness, we passed the mold test the first time!Posted on Reba LoveTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Second time using ATR for remediation in our home, and they remain the only company I trust to meet my high standards for pristine containment and thorough mold removal—especially with my two little boys in the house. I work in functional medicine and know the dangers of mold and ATR always keeps me at ease! Jason was exceptional in his attention to detail! He spent well over an hour and a half properly sealing and isolating the room from the rest of my home, which is the most important part to me. I could tell he was careful and thorough with every step, and he was also kind and friendly throughout the process. This was definitely not a rushed job for him rather a very thoughtful job as if it were his own home. Malina was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly every step of the way. She ensured the entire process went smoothly from start to finish—professional, efficient, and excellent at what she does!! Dan clearly knows his stuff when it comes to mold. I felt completely reassured having him oversee the project and ensure everything was done correctly. I also appreciated our conversations about cleaning tips and ways to keep the microbiome of our home healthy and balanced with two little boys running around. Thanks ATR!!!Posted on Tyler PhelpsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. All Things Restored is my cleaning companies go to when there are situations too severe for us to handle. Often times, cleaning companies will get called out to do a clean after a leak or plumbing repair. The mold that is visible is only part of the story. We can wipe it down but you really need ATR to come out to truly solve the problem. Brian and I have worked together on several projects, and I don't beleive there is any company out there more professional and customer centric than All Things Restored. I cannot recommend them enough if you have mold, flooding, or fire.Posted on David BakerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ATR did a great job for me - very professional!Posted on Brian ChristensenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ATR, came into one of my client for a fire restoration. Dan and Brian did a great job, no odor and the site was clean and ready for a rebuild. Great company I recommend for my clients.Posted on Kate NameyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Overall would not recommend All Things Restored for future home projects. We were initially quoted roughly an amount and then our estimate was 3 times that. Very difficult to get timely responses, our wall was opened and we expected work to be done that week only to be told that their schedule was several weeks out, which left our home a disaster. The team that did open the wall came on time, did their job, and left the area clean which is their one saving grace. Communication on pricing and scheduling absolutely need improvement.
Our crew is on standby 24/7 and responds in 15 minutes anywhere on Amelia Island and Nassau County. We work with all insurance companies.
